Location is excellent. Right next to Piazza della Signoria so just a few minutes' walk from the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, Duomo, etc. Staff were professional and friendly especially the breakfast attendants, Francesca and Valeria. Breakfast was made fresh and were healthy. Only negative was that the AC in my room was not working and was not fixed before I left so verify at check-in when the front desk person shows you how the controls work. Highly recommended.

The room was large, clean, and comfortable, and location was very convenient, central to sights. What really stood out to us was the excellent and kind staff. They were incredibly helpful during our stay, from getting us a dinner reservation last minute to finding a doctor to come to us when our baby became ill during the trip. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay

Always an enjoyable stay at this little gem! The location is perfect and accommodations are lovely. We have always been lucky enough to get the larger rooms, and know some have complained about the size of some rooms, but for the location, service and atmosphere of hotel, I think it’s always a great value.

Loved our time here! It was hard to find at first, but we came to love how it was hidden in an alley near a very busy spot - made it feel like a little oasis! Staff was positively delightful and eager to help and accommodate

This was an absolute hidden gem. The young woman who checked us in was so welcoming, she was the star of an exceptional staff. While hidden down an alley, you couldn’t ask for a better location. The breakfast was great, the rooms were clean & beautiful, Our new favorite place in Florence!
