No managers at night
Receptionist was kind at the check in.
Location was great.
Rooms were clean.
But there were noisy students at night tried to get some sleep early because we had plans for early morning.
There were no managers staying at the hotel after 7pm.
I called the number that i received but only one that i heard from is
This is emergency number. They will be sleeping at 10pm. Also they told me that i had to handle the issue with them directly.
On my experience, no hotel does the way of communication. Hotel needs to solve the problem themselves. Who knows if theres any dangerous person in the noisy room?
The manager on the phone said they are students and teachers but who on the earth wants to argue with another people during the wonderful trip?
Everything was great but management at night needs to be *managed*
