It was easy check in and check out. It was exactly what I needed; fresh towel, soap, blowdryer. The bed was comfy and I loved my view. The place was super secure. One thing to note-the elevator was broken. For me, it was fine because I was just one floor up. Overall, I enjoyed my 1/1.

Comfortable, affordable and close to the centre

A very comfortable - and affordable - stay in Florence. Very near to the central attractions and the rail station. Communication with the hotel was very easy and the staff were very accommodating, looking after my rucksack all day and meeting me with my room key at the start of the day as soon as my train arrived in Florence. There were tea-making facilities but sadly these wouldn't work as the plug types of the kettle didn't match that of those of the room.

This it's a old building but the rooms were upgraded and clean. But in the middle of the night I feels like something poke me, and we found a bed bug. Just checkout early, make a complain and wait for my money back

I have given it 5 start as my negatives were more of a pet peeve. The room looked like the photo, the ac was weird. It didn’t make the room cold, we kept the windows open as well but they had warned us not to in case mosquitoes come in. They did but if we didn’t there was no chance of sleeping. Our juice was stolen from the communal fridge. There was no water there to fill up the kettle and I didn’t fancy using bathroom water. The WiFi was terrible in our room, it worked for our first night and then none for the next two days. It showed the symbol on your phone but as soon as you went to surf it dropped. I tried unplugging and plugging the extender in our room to no avail. The address provided takes you to the wrong place on google maps. It was one block back next to a scooter rental shop. I don’t know if it would go back to stay again as I think it was expensive for what it was. The staff were nice enough.

Greit å stort nyrenovert rom. Veldig hard seng men stor. Kjøleskap bra med skap plass safe. Regndusj men med vel dårlig trykk. Strategisk plassert i rolig område men kort vei til turist attraksjoner samt buss plass rett ved om det trengs.

Recomendo!

Para uma viagem de poucos dias e viagens a trabalho. Atendimento excelente, pessoal sempre muito simpático e atencioso. Facil de chegar e sair para a estação à pé, e se locomover pela cidade tranquilamente. Achei barulhento em varios horários, principalmente portas batendo. Falta um frigobar no quarto para maior conforto. No geral gostei muito.

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen, sehr zentral und alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen!!! Die Unterkunft an sich war auch besonders, mal was anderes zu einem 0815 Hotel.. dennoch ruhig und gut gelegen. Das personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit… ich würde es nochmal buchen wenn ich in Florenz bin !! Check-in hat sehr gut geklappt, obwohl wir später angekommen sind als vorher gedacht wurde alles problemlos gelöst…. Check-out genauso trotz verspätetem check out sehr nett und hilfsbereit gewesen!! Alles in allen ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt … vielen Dank 😊👌

Schrecklich,

Schreckliches Hotel, total abgenutzt und unzumutbar. Niemals 4 Sterne, höchstens 1 Stern. Es ist auch nichts in der Gegend was schön oder interessant ist. Die Matratzen und Kissen sind ein Albtraum.

Como en casa

La habitación no se parecía en nada a la de la foto pero aún así era una habitación modesta y elegante. La cama de 1,30 estaba un poco hundida hacia la mitad pero no era incómoda. La temperatura era buena, el baño estaba muy limpio y a pesar de ser pequeño estaba todo muy limpio y muy nuevo. Con jabón, champú y toallas limpias. La habitación se veía muy nueva, recién pintada y la ventana era grande y bonita con vistas a la calle. No entraba ruido. Lo que más me gustó es que tenía una kettle y una manzanilla y un té. Para mí esto es perfecto y más en unos días tan lluviosos y fríos como finales de enero.Además el lugar es céntrico, desde la estación de autobuses se llega en 15 minutos, tienen wifi y hay muchos lugares donde comer. Perfecto!

Imágenes no reales. Espacio mínimo y feos olores.

La foto no es igual a la habitación que me asignaron. El espacio es mínimo, sobre todo en el baño. Al usar el retrete, se movía, olía a caño y la pared me quedaba en la cara. Las dos noches que estuve ahí, la llave no abrió la puerta. El calentador tenía fuga, olía entre gas y caño. Pero eso sí, si tiras el vino en la cama, te cobran 500 Euros. La ventana da hacia un cubo con láminas que generan mucho ruido con la lluvia. El internet es bueno.
