They have very clean and modern rooms, everything in hotel is very well taken care of. The rooms are also spacious compared to other hotels in Florence and very comfy beds. The restaurant is also great! 5 stars on everything! Will be back next year.

Extremely pleasant and accommodating staff. Very clean and quiet place. Buffet breakfasts are excellent. We did not have a car; we used taxis and the 17 bus which was very convenient.

Great hotel, good for the end of our stay when we were tired and a bit over the tourism. It’s around a 25 minute uber from the city center and 35 minute bus ride. Thought it was nice, the most comfortable bed out of all of our hotels and had a decent gym. Only odd thing is we had a weird pump noise in room 114 that would wake us up often though and the toilet would smell poorly of sewage at times.

The food was very good and they had friendly and helpful staff. Our bedroom had lovely views, a good size bathroom, and the grounds were very nice. We were there in late September, early October, and were unable to use the pool (our choice) as it was not heated, but it was clean and had plenty of lounge chairs. The staff ordered taxis for us to get to the attractions and train station. The ride was approx €20. We wanted to be in a quieter area so this was good for us.

Grate experience

Very nice hotel the room was clean and spacious. Beautiful grounds and a pool that was a perfect relaxing afternoon. Dinner was excellent at the restaurant great dinner. Definitely will be back.

Best hotel in Florence!

This was my favorite hotel of the 4 we stayed at on our 2-week trip. It is about a 10-15 min to the historic city center which made the property quiet and serene; a great place to relax after busy days shopping and touring. We stayed for 5 days and our room was kept clean the entire time. The staff was extremely helpful getting us cabs quickly whenever we asked. Breakfast was a very nice spread and one night we had dinner at the restaurant as well and the food was amazing. One of my favorites for our whole stay in Florence. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Villa Neroli. The staff was kind and helpful, the breakfast was great, and the location, though outside the center of Florence was great. Taking the bus from the hotel was easier than we thought it would be, and it was actually preferable to driving, as parking in Florence is very difficult.
