"Room and staff were all great. 1 thing we liked about the hotel is that it's relatively close to Pudong airport and they provide multiple and frequent shuttle service for guests to various key places in the city (including the Bund, Disneyland and key transport hubs). I personally dropped my phone in the bus to Disneyland and managed to retrieve it after a quick call to the hotel who contacted the driver no problem at all so TYVM!"

"We love how spacious and bright the room feels. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the food we had was delicious. We were also impressed by how high-tech the room is, with all the modern touches. The staff were incredibly helpful and informative, and we really appreciated how quiet the room was despite being in the airport. Overall, we loved it!"

"Great location hotel. Right above Central Park station. Great hiking jogging park right next to hotel."

"Room was very practical and even had its own luggage room with wardrobe. Air con was available and room was clean and spacious. Good array of toiletries also provided. Service, especially the concierge was really good and most staff spoke English very well. The shuttle buses to Disney and the airport were also a great time and money saved. Would definitely stay again! "
