De frente para o parque da Luz, ao lado de uma bakery e perto de várias atrações onde pude ir a pé, como a ponte Hercílio Luz, o Armazém Rita Maria, o Top Market, o Mercado Municipal, a praia, enfim, nota 10. Quando voltar a Floripa com a família, certamente ficarei nele novamente."
