โAfter visiting Mt. Dora, we stayed at the Holiday Inn in Tavares. These towns are near each other so the drive was only minutes away. Ethan greeted us and checked us in. He was very friendly, professional and a pleasure to have met. Ethan is an asset to the Holiday Inn chain of hotels, absolutely.
Our room was excellent!! It was squeaky clean, modern and so lovely!! The room was spacious and very comfortable. We loved it!! The entire hotel, elevators, and walkways were very clean and lovely...

โI am not the energy type and there is very good energy in this little place. It is literally the closest spot to what they call downtown here. Itโs very old so it will instill nostalgia and was absolutely perfect for me. Do not expect a five star hotel. These places are very old and to find any of them well kept is great. Thereโs a modular showerhead and they have Wi-Fi, etc. Area is insanely dog friendly. Whole episode has been great. โ
โThe property is gorgeous. Groomed lawns, lots of flower beds, mature oaks. A beautiful pool and a large lake provide activities and beauty. The rooms and buildings are old but extremely well maintained and comfortable .i cant wait to return.โ
โI had to take a cold shower! Room was clean and I got what I paid for. Minus the cold shower. I needed a cheap room quickly, and thatโs what I got.
