This is a very nice property. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. There were some nice restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying there again.

Trip was amazing. Yes there is some age to the building, there might be a couple scuff marks, and the internet is a tad slow. But it has amazing views, clean beds, nice bathroom, plenty of space, and in a great area. A steal for the price. Will stay again.

Doors SLAM shut. Will wake you up for a deep sleep. My keys weren't good. Lock needs changed. Room was spacious and clean. Excellent location. Pool was nice. Parking leaves something to be desired. Overall, I was content with the hotel.

Great location and view overlooking the lake. With walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Has a lot of potential; a few upgrades would make it wonderful. We were not able to go to the rooftop area due to weather and heat. When there is any chance of storms, they close it. We were in building 3, which seemed to be the older building and in some need of upgrades. Having a coffee maker in the rooms would be great, since you have to go out of the building to get a morning coffee. A new breakfast/restaurant just opened in the main building and that was wonderful. Looking forward to going back, when everything is open.

The room was very musty smelling. There was only 2 towels and they were semi damp from too much moisture in the room. The shower tile on the floor felt very grimy. The room itself wasn’t very inviting. The only upside was the location. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and the lake. Hotel could use a refresh.

Location was nice, we had a new ce view of the lake. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room it’s self needed love. We killed 5 spiders, mildew/mold was all over the ceiling in the guest bedroom A/C vents, the master bed doors were broken & would not close, 2 adults slept on the pull out couch and it was horrible (the springs were broken and bungeed together). We had to go to the front desk and ask for sheets and blankets for the pull out bed, once we got the sheets they were still damp from the wash. This place was okay for a night but I couldn’t do 2 nights. They really need to hire a good maintenance guy and better housekeeping.

This was the cutest surprise to our regular trips we make to Leesburg for softball. Building 3 rooms on the weekend can be a little loud but nothing that kept us from sleeping. I would definitely stay here again and possibly just remember that building has night life. Management was on site when we checked in which was very smooth.
