"Hotel and staff was exceptional with one exception. The bartender cut off service after two drinks. He embarrassed me. I’m a loud talker and was dancing to the music. He took that as being drunk. It was uncomfortable afterwards we left a day early. The manager did agree to refund last night stay. "

"We had a lovely stay at the resort. Staff were pleasant and friendly. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The two pool areas were beautiful along with the beach area. Our family had fun riding the bikes every day. We even got to witness a sea turtle release on the premises. The only draw back for me was the matter of lots of smoking. We had a non smoking room but the people next to us smoked on the patio outside causing our patio area to become engulfed with smoke as well as our room...

"Another great visit to the Upper Keys and Sunset Cove is right in the center of Key Largo and walking distance to many of our favorite restaurants. We love the beach and the unique landscaping and restful sitting areas. A favorite of our for many years."

"Very comfy suite! Private balcony, but no view to speak of. If we were to see her again, I would request sweet on the opposite side of the building. From there we would have been able to see the pool and watch our kids play. "
