"O apartamento é bom
Limpeza básica
Achei chato que ficaram perguntando no privado o horário de saída
Faltam alguns itens básicos para manter o local limpo como: pano de prato, pano para pia.
Shampoo e sabonete também não tinha.
Não tinha informação de onde jogar o lixo fora no prédio nem nos mandaram, mas era obrigatório tirar.

"O apart é muito bem equipado e confortável. Localização ótima . Tem todos os utensílios que precisamos para o dia a dia, inclusive filtro de água e máquina de lavar e secar roupas. A academia do prédio é excelente e a garagem também. O supermercado em baixo do prédio é um facilitador. Jane, a interlocutora entre o anfitrião e o hóspede , é atenciosa e dá retorno às dúvidas pelo whatsapp. O check-in antecipado e o cadastro facial adianta muito na hora da chegada. "Estava precisando muito descansar e por isso escolhi me hospedar neste hotel. Não sou de floripa e não sabia que tinha um restaurante anexo ao hotel. O barulho de pessoas falando e música ao vivo em volume alto, fez com que meu descanso não acontecesse e acabei ficando o tempo todo no quarto pq o lugar estava lotado.
O dono, sua família e os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos. O quarto está novinho e é como na foto. O contato com a lagoa e a experiência do barco são muito boas.
