"Just 5 min walk to the outlet. Shuttle bus available to both the train station as well as the outlet. On-site onsen is exceptionally clean n spacious.
However should let early arrival guests register their personal details n when they return at 3pm to check in, the process will be smoother. That way, it will not create chaos in the lobby area."
"This is a decent "Business Hotel" style very close to the station. Rooms are always small in this style but had everything I needed and a fair priced coin laundry (albeit one washer and one drier only) to catch up on laundry during the trip. Station is a fair hike from the old town and various "sights" but there's a bus for ¥100 to old town, cycle hire, taxis etc. Station has lots of amenities, restaurants etc nearby (next to the outlet mall). It has parking, although I didn't have a car during my stay - would be a good option to hire and use as a base to explore the area maybe. Would certainly come back as a solo traveller."
"Fantastic stay and world class staff who go above and beyond. Loved the onsen, good gym and overall amenities. I travel a lot across APAC and Japan and this ranks as one of my favorite hotels."
"The bed was was so hard I couldn’t believe how stiff it was I think a futon would’ve been better. Out of all the hotels I have been to this is the only one that doesn’t hold on to your luggage as complementary you have to use a storage locker so I waited to check in. The hot spring was nice and is next to a plaza with some really good eats. "
