"Great, friendly, helpful staff Clean room and clean en suite Very good choice at breakfast Pool and other facilities around it were excellent- lots of sun beds and outdoor tables and chairs."

Grupotel Port d'Alcudia

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Grupotel Port D’Alcudia and I would recommend this to families with young children looking for a good value stay. The accommodation was ideal, super clean and the beds very comfy. Whilst there was evening entertainment, the hotel is quiet, not rowdy and we were able to sleep well every night. Location is good, about a 5 min stroll to the beach, a convenience supermarket directly opposite the hotel (but there is a bigger Lidl about 5-10 mins walk away too). To walk to the Port took us around 20 mins with children, and there is a bit more going on there, plenty of restaurant choices, shops and the marina to enjoy."

"The apartment we had was of a decent size and as it was on the ground floor we had access to the private garden area. Pool area was nice and peaceful. Plenty of loungers to the size of the hotel. Breakfast had a really good variety to include samples of local varieties too. Staff were very happy and friendly in an authentic manner. Proximity to the beach was excellent, within minutes stroll with useful convenience shops on route. The hotel was well maintained and pleasant environment. The only thing was the air conditioning in the bedroom of our apartment wasn’t very effective which was challenging in the heatwave climate. Other than that, a very pleasant stay."

Grupotel Maritimo

"The hotel is fairly modern, spacious and clean. There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool area and it's situated away from noisy bars etc. Breakfast has a wide selection. However the pillows are hard as concrete (noted in many reviews) and the hotel need to change these. The requirement to pay extra for the safe is also poor for a hotel of this standard."

"Excellent breakfast and service. Room has a kitchenette with full fridge, stove, dishes, and some pota and pans. Lovely historical site with lots of points of interest including Botanic gardens and church. Excellent view of the courtyard. Only downside was the lack of air conditioning during a heat wave of 100+ F (40+ C)."

Bordoy Alcudia Port Suites - Adult Only

"My friend and I had a five-night stay here and were absolutely blown away. We originally booked a standard room but were later upgraded to a suite, which was absolutely perfect. That being said, I’m sure we would have had an equally fantastic stay in our originally booked room. We spent most of our days by the pool, and every day was so pleasant. The staff were absolutely fantastic, particularly Carmen, who we became very friendly with during our stay. She was so lovely and helpful, and gave us some great recommendations for local food spots. Our room was beautiful and cleaned immaculately every day. We also had lunch by the pool on two occasions and were really impressed with the food. We are genuinely so sad to be home and would absolutely love to return in the future. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!"

Iberostar Waves Ciudad Blanca

"Fran, Eva, Katia, Anna, Nikolai, and Kacper were an outstanding entertainment team. They created an atmosphere that made it easy for both children and adults to join in the fun. Fran had a special talent for getting the adults involved in activities like water polo and the pool parties, making everyone feel welcome to participate. Eva and Katia did a fantastic job engaging the children with themed nights, games, and activities that they looked forward to every day. Every member of the front desk staff went out of their way to help whenever we needed assistance. Maria, in particular, was especially kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The scenery was stunning, the beach was beautiful, and taking an evening walk along the shore gave us the opportunity to see locals enjoying the beach as well, which made the experience feel even more authentic. As for the food, I’m usually not a fan of buffet style dining, but this resort was the exception. The food was consistently fresh, the selection was extensive, and I genuinely looked forward to every breakfast and dinner. There was always something new to try, and the quality exceeded my expectations."
