Red Roof was exactly what we needed, a place near the freeway, no frills, quiet, near a variety of restaurants, very comfortable bed, and spectacularly cheap.

Never quite relaxed to sleep well

The staff was very friendly and accommodating but the hotel is old. Although the room looked clean, did not use shower. Towels were small, thin and rough. It was only a 1 night stay but I would rather pay the extra money for a newer hotel.
