“Staff was friendly but not overly helpful. When I went to get some ice, it was pretty obvious that someone was smoking in the hallway. I informed the staff person that someone was obviously smoking in the hallway. She said "what do you want me to do, lto desk and go looking for someone that I might know was smoking? “The unit we stayed in was spacious and clean. It’s older but seems to be quite well maintained other than the heating/ air conditioning unit continually makes a popping noise that sounds like a bug zapper. I’m a light sleeper and didnt get a restful sleep. If you’re not a light sleeper it’s a descent place, especially for the price. ”

“The apartment was not clean. Fridge wasn’t plugged in so our food went bad. The tv was broken so didn’t even have that for the night. ”

“Here’s the deal. They only clean the room every other day. I am not sure why but they do. But even though it was cleaned every other day I had to call for supplies everyday. Shampoo and conditioner were both empty. Toilet wasn’t stocked. I had to call for towels. And there was no hot water in the shower. :(. They need to do cleaning everyday and stock the rooms. ”

“My king room was beautiful. The staff was fine. But I had a particularly reserved this room to be able to have an early morning swim and hot tub before my whole day of training. Upon attempting to enter the pool area at 7 AM when it opened, I was very disappointed to find out they had is closed for cleaning at the exact hours that it was slatedto be open. This time to enjoy what I had anticipated setting the tone for my day. This was a big disappointment. ”

“The hotel was fine, we had to pay double because the Expedia confirmation # was not viable. We had to pay separately for the room as they did not have the Expedia reservation. Useless. ”

“The room is sufficient for the price. Need to update the interior and mattresses. Bedspread was stained. Sheets were clean. Very dark interior in the room.”

“The staff who cleaned the rooms was very nice and helpful. The manager will charge for absolutely anything he can. They don't like to give out clean towels or blankets it's ridiculous since you pay for that. Dog rooms smell like smoke. However the prices are decent.”
