The property has 19 different hotels. Very good location on all. We stayed in 2 different ones. The first one was very good. The second one didn’t like the stay. One of the main roads couldn’t sleep with all the cars and motorcycles driving by. Bed was too soft also. For the must part area was good and ppl friendly.

Close to the beach. The room we got was next to the main road couldn’t sleep with the cars and motorcycles driving by. Didn’t feel safe with one of the room windows also face the main road so you can hear ppl walking by late night. Definitely not a safe room. Or a room for a couple the wants to relax on vacation and enjoy a quiet night.

The bed had sand in it, the customer service was horrible. They sent a masked man to my room hiding his face to advise me to check out but he just knocked on the door didn’t say anything looked like a criminal. The food was poor. Stay away from this place.

Our room does not have ability to open the window. It was clean and one minute from the beach. There are 4 different pools, so everybody can find the place to swim. Breakfast is simple and place for it is nice, but it outside only, so wish you a good weather!

Studio at the Seagull needs minor updating. Entrance to room on corner of building is awkward. Good for 1 or 2 nights stay. Very close to the beach which was a plus. If it weren't for the long brunette hair I found in the bedding and the fact that there were no beach chairs or beach towels as amenities I would rate this place much higher.

It is a great place to stay, and it is close to the beach. The bed is big and comfortable. The breakfast is nice. Enjoyed the pool. Only negative thing is on Saturday evening a big young family moved in, the kids broke the quiet and peace. But that is understandable. Next time, I would check out on Saturday morning to avoid that happening again. Overall, it is a nice hotel, great value for what I paid for.

Layout of room was very inefficient. Extremely small bedroom... had to go thru closet to get to bathroom. Our daughter in living room had to knock on the tiny/miniature bedroom to get to the bathroom. Bathroom was outdated, really needs remodeling. Very clean and no bad smell that's to air freshener plugs in the bathroom and living room. Breakfast was decent... far from room and the lady helping guests seemed annoyed... lots of people for another extremely tiny room woth food, you had to swipe your room card to get Breakfast

Room was clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed that I was no more than a 2 min walk to the beach. Very much relaxing. I wasn’t aware they had a grill and picnic tables. So I definitely will be back again and with family this time just the only thing is the shower water would not go down.
