We stayed in the Marina Bay, It was a very nice place, needs updated bathrooms. The outlets in the bathrooms didn’t work, so I just didn’t do my hair. Wasn’t a big deal :) Only thing that we had were the pans. We tried to cook breakfast our first morning and all the pans were non-stick but the layers were scrapped off so it just didn’t cook the best. Plenty of other kitchen supplies. It just may need a new set of pans. The beds were comfortable and the couches were comfortable. We sat on the lani every morning and had coffee. We got some take out one evening and ate dinner out there. It was our favorite spot. There was a super nice couple who had been there for 2 months. They gave us a ton of tips of places to eat and things to do. Even told us where we could find chairs and things to borrow in the room with the laundry. It was nice. We bought an umbrella and some beach toys for our son and left them for others to use. I really liked that it was available to use since we flew. There’s 2 rooms, master with a king and bathroom then the other room has 2 twins and there’s a bathroom in the hallway. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Nice place. Overall nice view 3rd floor no elevator, across the street from beach access. Clerk didn’t tell us about we can use beach chairs and cooler in storage area. Bed was very hard, old mattress. What was nice was the tram, which is free during season, took us to Lai Kai we we paid 30.00 for 2 beach chairs and umbrella. Paid for drinks.

The location was awesome and would have preferred a better lock system on the entry door. You are safe but I just feel there could be a better lock system to get in.

Stayed at Edgewater twice now, once in February and May. Location is great, right across the street from the beach and walking distance to time square for shopping and restaurants. Fishing pier also within walking distance. My family of five stayed in both the Savannah suite and Conch Bay. Savannah on the top floor is nicer as they remodeled it and updated appliances. Two double beds in 2nd bedroom. Master bathroom was very nice. Fully stocked kitchen. Conch Bay on the second floor was still nice just not as updated. Two twin beds in 2nd bedroom with enough room for an air mattress. Living room has two futons which would be fine for smaller kids. Kitchen didn’t have as much as the Savannah but still functional. Both faced the canal side which is a much better view than the street side. There’s a small pool which was nice and warm, kids liked. Also there’s a dock on site that we used to tie up the boat we rented for a few days. Dock is first come first serve but never had an issue. There were a few beach chairs and umbrella there to use, nothing fancy but worked. Washer and dryer in each condo which was nice. 4 beach towels came in each room. Check in was at another hotel, Harbor House just a few minutes away driving. The employee there was very nice. Rates are acceptable for that location. No daily housekeeping so I buy extra garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap etc. Walmart and Publix aren’t too far away driving. Will be staying here again.

Short walking distance from beach access was great! The condo was clean, but the walls and doors need a good painting and the shower faucets needs to be replaced.

Nice view and private pool overlooking inlet canals. Quick walk to beach, 7/11, and Times Square. Need updated fixtures in bathroom, but they still work. Hoping to stay here again soon!

The unit was very spacious with a great canal view and was conveniently located close to everything, shops, restaurants and the beach. The beds were very uncomfortable, the unit was a little dated and the first 3 nights here, we had a loud strange vibration that know one could explain. It lasted from 45 minutes 1 night to almost 3 hours the next night.

Everything you need from lani, pool, on canal, air, full kitchen, laundry they even have beach chairs for use. right across street from beach! Had to run dehumidifier on first floor. loud dehumidifier. Air conditioner was loud to run in bedroom so couldn't sleep with it on. Don't give enough towels or toilet paper for a week stay so bring extra.

Close enough to Time Square but not too close.

Very nice, although a little dated. Some upgrades have been done. The unit was clean and bright. I would recommend that you bring beach towels. It's not like a hotel where your towels are replenished. Very easy walk to the beach and Time Square where you will find restaurants and shops. Pool was heated but was mostly shaded in the afternoon so only good for hot days otherwise burr when you get out. Maybe you like that, but I like the sun to dry off. Overall, a very nice place to stay. Would definitely return in the future.

Appartement mit Meerblick

Wir hatten das Appartement Tobago gebucht welches uns auch ein Tag vorher telefonisch bestätigt wurde. Bei Ankunft war es nun doch nicht frei und wir wurden im gleichen Haus in ein anderes Appartement (Marina) einquartiert. Es wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes mehrere Appartements renoviert und die Außenanlagen in Stand gesetzt. Dies führte zu längeren Lärmbelästigungen. Die Lage ist eigentlich ruhig und wer Trubel mag ist in ca. 5 Gehminuten im Zentrum.

Would rent again

last minute trip for our family of 4. We stayed in the Savanah room. The furniture was comfortable and beds in good condition. It worked really well for us. Such a short walk to everything, quiet and safe. We stayed during the off peak season, so I can't say anything about the in season rates, but the rates we got were great! There were some issues with the room drains were slow (sand), pool didn't get to much sunlight, a few other cosmetic things but nothing to complain about.

Spacious for 2 couples...

Had to check in at the Harbor House Inn a few blocks away.. front desk help was great .. there are a couple of maintenance issues that can be fixed easily enough -- screen on porch is torn and hallway needs an uplift. The walk up to the room makes you wonder what condition the room is in but once inside everything was good. Liked the keyless locks. Pool nice. Make sure if you are traveling with 2 couples that 1 couple likes to sleep in twin beds...

We enjoyed our short getaway. The purpose for our trip was simply to rest and relax, this was easily done at the Edewater Inn.

Great roomy location for a good price

Nothing fancy, but a solidly nice condo. We stayed in 2 bedroom Conch Bay and it was comfortable. Easy walk to beach and restaurants, and the pool and canal are beautiful. Take Captain Butch's water taxi to Doc Fords Rum Bar for a great time!

We lived in Savanna Bay apartment. It was great. We definitely recommend this accommodation for 3-4 people. Apartment was equipped with everything necessary and even more:) Beach is across the street - 2-3 min. One complaint - we didn't know where we can get the beach chairs.

Great place to stay

It is the perfect way to travel with kids. We could make any meals in the kitchen or go out to dinner at any of the restaurants in walking distance. The only negative part was construction going south once over the bridge which would back up traffic a good mile at times.
