“The property is starting to age. Pool edge had tile issues, hot tub had some wires exposed where i believe the switch was supposed to be, walking path had some stones missing. The staff was friendly for the most part. One of the bartenders was not very happy person and it was hard to order at times. “Bel Jou was a beautiful property. Staff was helpful but in no rush to go out of their way to help you. The food was ok. Typical all inclusive food. No where to get snacks on the resort so pack your own Not much to do but relax. The shuttle was helpful to go to the beach and Castries market for shopping. Very peaceful and tranquil. If you just want to relax great place - no kids , super quiet. I would say it was beautiful but wouldn’t rate it wonderful.”
