Staff was kind and helpful. Building was in bad shape and felt like a real low budget location. Elevator was a mess with tagging and my shower drain was clogged. This was NOT a good experience, but I do admit that the staff was very kind and helpful.

Great Wolf Lodge Grapevine
The hotel is good. Very outdated needs work done. Our facet in the shower was hanging on by a thread. Moldy tubs, and no shower fan. There was only one area of elevators for the whole hotel.
