Hilton Durham near Duke University
This hotel is adequate and seemed clean. There was minor damage but the room was useable. I would not recommend staying here as they have rooms located next to the elevator. Sonesta Select Durham Research Triangle Park
This is a budget hotel in a good location for getting to Durham, Chapel Hill and Raleigh. The hotel is dated but kept clean. Nothing fancy here but for travelers who don’t want to spend hundreds for a room it works. Staff are very nice and helpful.
