Dirty room and bathroom. Looks like they didn’t clean the room for a year. A lot of insects dead on floor, disgusting sheets (stained and torn), cobwebs and lots of dust on the curtains. Unbelievable!!

A limpeza foi boa, equipe de funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos, café da manhã poderia ter mais opções tipos ovos mexidos, pão de queijo, tortas, pão francês. O ar condicionado era bom, porém pingava na mesa e respingou em algumas coisas que tínhamos mas não levamos em consideração pelo valor cobrado da diária. A televisão estava com controle quebrado e não pegava mais que dois canais locais, as lâmpadas ao lado da cama não funcionavam.

Atendimento muito bom através do Sr. Antônio da recepção. Localização privilegiada. Custo benefício excelente. Limpeza impecável. Poderia ter mais funcionários para o atendimento no café da manhã. Acabaram ficando poucas mesas limpas para sentar e a reposição dos alimentos e bebidas foi insuficiente. Porém no geral aprovei a estadia.

o Hotel é simples, mas atende as necessidades de quem quer um lugar para tomar um banho e dormir. Funcionários educados, atenciosos. O hotel é antigo, precisa de algumas reformas, mas é bem limpo. O café da manhã não é ruim. Não tenho o que reclamar. Acho q tudo depende do q vc busca, para mim foi perfeito!Um lugar para dormir e tomar banho, pois a intenção era ficar no hotel menos possível.😊

Hotel simples. Nada contra, era o objetivo apenas a localização. Porém eles poderiam caprichar mais: roupas de cama rasgadas, alguns problemas de conservação do hotel, pisos quebrados, remendados e o café da manhã era bem fraco. Poucas opções e ruins. A localização é boa, principalmente para quem vai para o Paraguai. Tem restaurantes e pizzarias perto que dá pra ir a pé.

Como informei em meu check-out, Hotel excelente com ótimo custo benefício. Cama confortável, ar-condicionado trincando, chuveiro bom, café da manha excepcional. Apenas vi a necessidade de melhoria nos travesseiros, bastante desgastados de uso, mas nada que atrapalhasse o conforto.

Um boa estadia em Foz do Iguaçu

Minhas considerações são pertinentes à suíte onde me instalei. Trata-se de acomodação simples mas confortável sob o ponto de vista de quem estava à trabalho na cidade. Pontos fortes: ótima localização com proximidade a facilidades; quarto com A/C Split e frigobar; TV com canais por assinatura; armário com nichos espaçosos; suportes de parede; estacionamento com entrada ampla; café da manhã variado; atendentes simpáticas. Pontos fracos: como a maioria dos hotéis a limpeza do filtro do A/C ficou esquecida; devido aos protocolos da COVID-19 as trocas de lençóis e de toalhas só são realizadas a partir de solicitação do cliente; colchões e travesseiros necessitam substituição; não há ramal para contato com a portaria; o estacionamento não é coberto e não é cimentado. Foi observado também que o hotel conta com poucos funcionários para revezamento das tarefas de manutenção o que, somado aos protocolos de enfrentamento da COVID-19, influenciou na limpeza diária do quarto. Além disso, o hotel não conta com panfletos com informações turísticas e facilidades na região. Pesando os prós e contras é um bom local para se alojar quando se está em viagem à serviço na cidade.
