Nice hotel, although rooms a little on the small side. Lovely pool area. Breakfast with a good range of food, but dinners were OK, but nothing exciting. Hotel is very close to the Iguazu falls park entry, 10 mins walk, and the bird park opposite. Hotel can organise trips to the Argentine side.

Can’t say enough about the service, from front desk to concierge, through servers, musician. We also used the pool, the gym and the garden, which were all first grade. The best part, at least for us, is the location. We could walk leisurely to the waterfall park, the heliport and the bird park from the property, avoiding the long line on the highway and parking lot.

This hotel is outstanding. Very reasonably priced for such a five-star experience. The staff were professional and friendly. The facilities were top-notch. It has a really luxurious feel, and is only minutes from the airport and the National Park. It is also a five-minute walk to the outstanding bird park and the new aquarium. The grounds and the pool area are so beautiful and well-maintained. Obrigado to everyone at Sanma Hotel. This was an excellent place to stay. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. I could easily stay a week at this remarkable hotel. Can’t wait to return. 10++++/10.

Sanma wants to be a top notch hotel. It achieves that in some areas while others are lacking. Breakfast is a highlight esp. with a small a al carte menu at the table and champagner. Staff was mixed. Some really forthcoming and some clearly disinterested. For me the main issue though is a certain lack of maintenance although maybe that is being tackled at the moment with renovations going on in the hotel. For the price, i would have expected a more well rounded package.
