We stayed here for one night and found the experience to be just average. Unfortunately, our room wasnโt ready at the scheduled check-in time, and we had to wait over 30 minutesโwhich was disappointing, especially given the short duration of our trip and our tight schedule.
The room itself was clean, but we had issues with the air conditioner. Since it was quite hot, we initially set the temperature to 19ยฐC to cool the room quickly. To our surprise, water started leaking from the unit inside the room. When we reported the issue, the staff advised us to set the thermostat to 22ยฐC to avoid the leakage. However, even at 22ยฐC, the problem persisted throughout the night. We ended up placing towels and glasses under the unit to catch the water and protect the floor.
On a positive note, the location is easily accessible by public transport, including trams, and is conveniently close to Frankfurtโs main transportation hub.
Overall, it was not a very pleasant stay, and we hope the management addresses these maintenance issues for future guests.
