โHighly recommend this B&B, room and bathroom immaculately clean. Malcolm meet us as hosts were out, what a fantastic man, so friendly and funny and even offered to taxi us to our party as no taxis available. Great one night stay, Graham and Kay are excellent hosts , breakfast was fantastic .cheap local parking a bonus .

โAbsolutely fabulous. Really clean and comfortable comfy beds.so many towels again of really great quality. Lots of attention to detail including ceiling fans which are totally silent. Great place โ

โAnother fabulous visit and wonderful stay. I would recommend a little light on the balcony table for late drinks. A few less spiders would have been better as well ๐. There was a table below very close to the balcony with people attending a wedding party including excited children. This did make the room less relaxing than hoped for. Apart from that the Abbey bells are lovely to wake up to, and the staff were very friendly as always.โ
โGreat stay. Lovely room, clean and comfortable. Very friendly owner. We wished we had stayed Tuesday and Wednesday instead of the Monday so that we could have eaten in the restaurant both nights - the food was delicious. The continental breakfast was also amazing - massive choice to suit all tastes.โ
โCheck in and checking out went very smoothly. Kind and courteous staff. Very informative with questions asked. Restaurant on site offered a variety of delicious choices. Great restaurant service. The hotel setting was very charming and peaceful. Family was able to get a quality sleep after an exhausting day of travel. โ
โI stay in around 100 places each year for work and this was bad.
Poor quality fittings and fixtures vey well used. No soap, shower door didnโt close, toilet on some kind of strange plinth. Laminate falling to bits. No Freeview or terrestrial tv, streaming only but WiFi is so bad it doesnโt work at peak times 2 mattresses on bed bottom one very grubby
I think itโs a converted garage.
May suit someone with low standards I ended up leaving after 2 nights stayed last night elsewhere โ
โGood food options, because I have an ankle injury ,and moonboot , I found it difficult to get in bed and also have a shower ,no rails and high bath.
Nice having extra pillows to elevate my foot.โ
โLovely pub with rooms in a separate block. We ate in the pub with friends and enjoyed a Faboulous meal. The room we had was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Lovely couple who run it is a picturesque village. โ
โProperty was perfect for us. We needed somewhere close to the hospital for an early morning op and it was perfect. Saved a taxi fare by being able to walk. Recommended. โ
