“Nice clean room, great for a quick stay! I only needed to be in Boston for one night and this was a great option. 15 minute walk to the Red Line, and it wasn't a bad walk at all. Got back to the place my first night pretty late, but the area was clean and I wasn't nervous about feeling unsafe or anything of that nature. I didn't use the kitchen or some of the other offered amenities but regardless was a pleasant stay. Would definitely come back for any quick trips!”

“Rented one room for two adults and one teenager. Place was fine. Everything is good but the ac was not good. It's hot summer and ac is not cool at all. It was set at a higher temperature and there was nop portable fans or anything. Could not sleep the whole night because of how hot it was. Was a waste of money. The only reason to book this was to sleep the night that we were gonna be there and leave the next day. But none of us could sleep because of how hot it was inside.”

“The TV wasn't working and when I asked them about this they told me to message but they never replied or fixed anything. Also, keep in mind that the "breakfast" is a go-to breakfast which is just bread and oats and milk lying there in the kitchen. Maybe that is the idea but this should have been mentioned beforehand. The place is clean and roadside parking was available.”

“I did not meet a human. Correspondence was through what's app. The entry is through a code on the door knob. when I arrived the front door was open. There was no one there. The hallways and starts could be cleaner. I left because it did not feel safe. I did not stay at this property.”

“Never ever book this dump. We couldn’t contact the owner to get in to the place . No reply to days of messages. Some of the residents let us into the property but we didn’t know what rooms were ours and we didn’t have codes to get in. The place was dirty . I have never seen an airb&b as bad as this . The stair carpet was rotten ,the stair had expanding foam blocking the mouse or rat holes.we saw 2 rats scurry under the front door porch. The place was so bad ,if you had a shower ,you would come...

“찰스강 바로 앞에 위치해있어서 산책하기 좋아요. 조용하고 안전한 지역이지만 윗층에서 걸어다니는 소리가 들릴 정도로 방음은 아쉬웠습니다.”

“직원들은 친절하고 인테리어도 아름답고(특히 로비) 위치도 좋지만 결정적으로 객실이 생각보다 좋지 않습니다. 객실 자체는 예쁘고 최신식이지만 사소한 부분들이 편리하게 설계되어 있지는 않습니다. 아래는 불편했던 부분만 정리한 것입니다. 1. 아이패드를 사용한 방 조작 방식 세련된 방식일 수는 있겠지만 투숙객 입장에서 편리하지는 않습니다. 여러부분에서 그런데 특히 조명 켜고 끄는 것은 전통적인 스위치 방식이 더 편리할 것 같습니다. 예를 들어 자다가 화장실에 가려고 할때에는 아이패드를 찾아서 켜고 탭해서 앱을 열고 전등을 켜야합니다. 상당히 번거롭고 불편합니다. 그냥 전통적 스위치면 직접 가서 켜면 그만이죠. 아이패드 사용이 불편한 어른들에게도 좋지 않고 만약 아이패드가 고장나거나 배터리가 없을 경우에는 아무것도 하지 못합니다. 2. 수납공간 및 적절한 선반 등의 부재 제대로 된 옷장이 없고, 물건을 보관할 수 있는 공간은 사실상 전무합니다(방에 따라 다를 수는 있겠지만)....
