"This hotel really needs a refresh. It was fine for a couple nights when I was only sleeping there, but it's clear that there are people living there full time and it was pretty run down, with a tiny bathroom that had old fixtures and rust. The room smelled damp and overall it wasn't a great experience. The front desk staff were very friendly though."

"Friendly staff. Housekeeping was very attentive. We needed towels and they brought them immediately with a smile. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Our room was clean and spacious, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Our flight home was cancelled and they extended our stay to help us out. This place is perfect if you don’t want to rent a car - pool area, tiki bar and restaurant, and a walkable area for coffee or other restaurants. The live music was spot on: a mix of genres to appeal to many ages and tastes. I ran the neighborhoods in the mornings and felt safe. It’s a busy place in the evening and was such a fun time!"

"The hotel was nice, definitely clean and the staff was very accommodating, the hotel obviously needs updating,but I understand that good work takes time and they are doing it one step at a time. I would definitely stay there again, good location and great people."

"Everything was great with the exception of loud traffic noice heard thru the entry door and the bathroom vent/window. View was great on water side."

"The kitchenette was nice with a small stove but there were no dishes, pots/pans, utensils? Why have a kitchenette if you can't use it?"

"The room was clean. Breakfast area closes promptly at 9. There really wasn’t much there at all for food. "
