“This is an old historic hotel. Aspects of it have been changed to condos and about 20 rooms, which all have been upgraded and renovated. Free Paton their first floor of their own parking ramp/facility! All with camera surveillance! Had dinner in their Italian restaurant, had veal Marsala which was delicious. numerous restaurants close by as this is right downtown property. The Downtown is being all remodeled that is all of the storefront are being updated and so you can walk to four different...

“At arrival noticed our thermostat was not working. After talking to staff they said they would put new batteries in the thermostat and get it fixed. Never did, and when we arrived back later in the evening called and desk person said she would send someone up to get it fixed, no one came. Also, side door said it would be locked at all times and had to use key card to access the building, that was not the case as it was unlocked our whole stay.”
