"The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Fredericksburg. The pool and hot tub were nice with views of the forest behind the hotel. The nights we were there were quiet. The breakfast was similar to other hotels and was good. The room was clean. Parking was plentiful and convenient."

Ample parking and convenient location. The breakfast was ok, typical but on the lower end of quality with little to no labeling yet enough to grab a coffee, juice, or yogurt.
The room had everything that was needed and the front desk lady might or might not be able to offer useful local information as she basically focuses on checking you in.
