โBeautiful house, full of history. Great feeling knowing that one of our greatest Presidents once roamed the same hallways. The house is extremely well maintained. Bedroom very comfortable. Paul and Tracey go out of their way to truly make you feel at home. They are both welcoming and flexible. Breakfast to suit all tastes; fresh and delicious. Other guests were charming and a pleasure with whom to have shared the table. Enjoyed walking around town, and sitting in the garden under the trees...
โAwesome stay. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed and it was so spacious. We had 4 adults and one teen and still we had more than enough room for our 2 night stay. It was clean, it was quiet. The staff was super nice! The breakfast was so delish. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area. โ
โWe booked the king room with a harbor view. The room, on the top floor, had a beam ceiling with brick walls, which we appreciated as we enjoy historical inns. The picture window was a plus. The complimentary continental breakfast was plentiful and changed each morning. Staff members were attentive.โ
"This hotel is said to clean the room only once a week. So the floor of the room is a bit messy. Maybe because it's next to the hospital, there seem to be a lot of long-term guests, and overall, I don't recommend choosing this hotel for a family trip."
