Very well hotel. Relaxing, great breakfast, nice rooms, excellent staff. Away from the crowds, but walkable to the beach and town. A peaceful respite in Sepember.

We found this property on a whim looking for someplace along the French Riviera that was mid way between Nice and Marseille so we could explore. It was more than we could have hoped for. They were very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and perfect for our needs. We didn’t take advantage of the pool but it looked like a great place to spend the day. Our only suggestion would be to have a USB outlet for electronics charging. Otherwise, we had no complaints. Highly recommend!

Excellent, clean, and well maintained property, staff is good and the pool is excellent. Parking is free underground. The location is calm and walkable. The trailer park next door is a small eye sore. While everything went well, the management is not excellent in customer service. They moved me from a room to another in the middle of my stay, without even offering a free breakfast or anything…. Something small would’ve done the job, but they still acted like it’s a normal thing to move a guest, and the excuse is: someone else requested the room.

L'établissement correspond exactement aux photos publiées chez Expedia. Il est a taille humaine et on se sent bien et à l'aise rapidement. Nous avons trouvé une belle suite propre, bien rangée et au confort digne d'un 5 étoiles sur la côte. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et varié mais surtout frais. Le personnel est un atout majeur dans cet hôtel qui est toujours disponible et à l'écoute. Sans hésitation, nous reviendrons pour en faire un de nos pieds à terre lors de nos randonnées jet ski ou plongée.

ホテルの施設は大変素晴らしいが、スタッフの教育が必要である。受付の年配の女性スタッフの対応が、おもてなしの気持ちが無く、非常に不愉快な思いをした。具体的には以下のとおり。 1. 宿泊情報について、大人1人の予約だと言われ、また居住地が米国になっており、違うと言ったところ、いずれもExpediaのせいだと言われた。他のホテルでは、そんな問題は起きていないので、ホテルのシステムのせいでは、と言ったところ、Expediaのせいだと言い張っていた。 2. 夕食のお薦めレストランを聞いたら、このホテルの系列の2店だけを紹介された。部屋で、この2店の情報を確認して、プライベートビーチにある店の予約を同スタッフに頼んだら、今日は休みと言われた。休みと知っているなら最初から紹介しないで欲しい。 3. プライベートビーチ(ホテルから450m)を推奨されたので、1時間程度しかいられないが、せっかくなので行ってみると、入場料として20ユーロを請求された。事前に教えてくれれば、行かない選択肢もあった。 4. ちなみにプライベートビーチのレストランは、休みと聞いていたのに、営業していた。 5. チェックインイン時の施設説明の際に、奥の厨房にいた若い女性スタッフが大音を立てたところ、静かにする様に怒鳴っていた。若い女性スタッフは怯えている様に見えた。ハラスメント教育も必要では。

Hotel ganz okay, bei uns waren die ganzen drei Tage eine sehr laute Reisegruppe die Tag und Nacht herumschrie und sich unmöglich verhalten haben, das Hotel hat dagegen nichts unternommen. Zimmer an sich gut schallgedämmt jedoch mit einer Alutüre ohne Schalldämmung so das alles von aussen im Zimmer hörbar war. Frühstück miserabel und keine 20 Euro wert. Wir kommen nicht wieder

Hotel moderno, limpo, bem equipado, confortável, suítes espaçosas, staff amigável e prestativo. Possui uma área de piscina ótima com espreguiçadeiras, além de um rooftop com jacuzzis também muito agradável, com vista para a praia. O café da manhã é ótimo. O hotel ainda conta com estacionamento espaçoso pros padrões europeus. Não tivemos nenhum problema na nossa estadia, recomendo!
