"The kids LOVED the pool, and the adults were thrilled with the hot tub. So many places advertise hot tub, but upon arrival, we learn that it is"closed for maintenance" or they actually just don't even have a hot tub, that gets Soo irritating, but that was not the case here. The hot tub and pool were both fantastic! Definitely exceeded our expectations! "

"This place is a DUMP! The hotel needs a complete renovation. In room 301 the ceiling was falling down, the dry bar was a mess! The second room was also a mess - incomplete paint job and other necessary repairs. The third room was barely OK, the shower rod repair that they did was terrible, the bath tub was very slippery, you can not see thru the outside windows. The windows need to be replaced throughout the building. You could hear the person stomping around in room above, which kept us up until 1am. We expect more from Comfort Inn. "

"There was no hot tub that i seen. You could barely understand the staff they were all indian and I'm hard of hearing. The lobby had a very weird smell. Then our room still had hair in the shower from the last guest im assuming. They didn't listen to our request for extra pellows. And i also got a splinter of some kind in my foot from the room and when i tried asking the front desk for help they said they had nothing even in the emergency kit so i was stuck with trying to use a pocket knife. Not the most accommodating place "

"I stayed here for the Final Four. Very convenient, easy to get to and from downtown. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. Nothing fancy, just a nice, reasonable hotel. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Felt very new/was very clean. Only needed it as a stop over. Walls are a bit thin (as are all the newer or renovated hotels these days. Breakfast was typical but appreciated. Checked in after 10 pm and front desk was very friendly. "

"From the moment you arrive and look at the very cool structure that this old Cole bottling plant was and how it’s been transformed to a very cool and beautiful hotel. The entire staff was kind and attentive. The lobby has a pool table that seems to be used quite a lot by guests. There is nice bar next to the lobby that offers great cocktails. We were on the 2nd floor of a 4 floor building with the widest and longest corridors that are beautifully designed with cool discoveries every 10ft. The rooms are really big with huge windows, a seating area, great local snacks, a nice bed with great sheets, and decor that is original and fits the vintage Industrial vibe. It’s the best place to call him when in Indianapolis and it’s an a trendy neighborhood with a food hall across the street that has awesome options, restaurants, coffee shops, and so much more. We loved it and we will be back!"
