Good place to stay

The check in was great. The first room was not clean so the front desk lady changed our room for us. Our new room was good. The floors could have been cleaned better, but with it being winter and there being salt everywhere it is understandable. All in all I would stay again.

While it was nice to have a full-size refrigerator, it is not a place to stay short-term if you are expecting some things included with a regular hotel room, such as a disposable cup. Check-in staff, first stated they could not check in any one early, however a new person 30 minutes later had no such issues. Commode overflowed due to flapper not closing. Had to get extra towels to soak up water, but had to go to desk as housekeeping staff was not willing to help. Mop issues, so extra towels used. After drying floor, the white towel was grey and water was under floor tiles. Walls/furniture definitely needed some TLC and rehanging missing artwork. Fire alarm worked well as it could be heard outside when staff member set it off overcooking something. Being prepped to stay long term, with a better idea of what to expect would be better. Was best pricing available in the area during Indianapolis 500 weekend.

Smoky halls , located in a great area but an unkept building. The sink in the bathroom was clogged . I didn’t realize it until I needed to brush my teeth. No staff on site to help and this place had roaches!!! Yuck!!!

The people were pleasant. The rooms have hair everywhere. The hallway was the same and obviously doesn’t get swept at all. Was there two days then went to another hotel. The key cards rarely worked. Very unhappy.

it wasn't bad but it could've been better. Staff was good and helpful none of the emergency doors locked at less the ones on my end. I don't mind weed smoke at all but it smelt like Bob Marly was next door to me. The room was clean but it did feel like a jail cell ( i never been to jail just seen from the movies ) orverall i give them a 3/5 Star

Pretty bad experience. Keys didn't work at first, very kind front desk employee showed me how to insert them (wiggle it a little?) in the door. Outer doors were not locked (i.e. keycard access only) when I last entered about 10pm. At 7am, one of them did require my keycard. In the room: bathroom light didn't work. At all. Smelled like whole room had been cleaned with ammonia. Saw two bugs on the floor between the beds. Stove and refrigerator... but no plate, bowl, cup, utensils, pot, etc.? All for sale at the front desk, starting at $20+? What?! Lots of pot smell in the hallways (which whatever -- it didn't seep into my room); towels and a "caution wet floor" sign in the main hallway between the lobby and the elevators when I got up around 7am. No idea what happened there. Motley crew of guests hanging about. While I felt a little uneasy leaving my car in the parking lot with a bunch of my things (I was moving cross country), the area around the hotel is quite nice, with apartments one way down the street, and a Holiday Inn, other businesses and then a shopping center at the other. Very easy access off the interstate.

I don't recommend going here there were cockroaches and it took forever to get into our room and by the time we got to the room we got in I didn't even want to stay there because it was not clean it surprised me because this is in Greenwood and I thought this was a very clean area
