“Gloria at the front desk. I had an absolutely horrible day. My husband recently died. My kids were fighting. I had put them on an airplane and was driving 13 hours by myself. And Gloria just met me where I was super sweet really kind and helpful and just what I needed I cannot tell her thank you enough. She is a Jim and you should keep her.”

“This is a relatively new hotel and it has some growing pains. Check in is easy but establishing a registered car for parking and parking the car and then finding your way back into the hotel are extremely difficult. The rooms are beautiful. The trek from the elevator to the room was quite long. The rooftop bar did not have two of the tap beers on the menu and no cabernet sauvignon. The appetizers in the bar were simply terrible. Especially the "crispy" chick peas that were flavorless and...

“It was a satisfiable hotel. But we felt uncomfortable with the hotel front staff because he spoke very fast even though he knew that we were foreigners and not perfect in listening to English. (I never felt this when I checked in other hotels in the United States.)”
