Top Lage! Apartments in der 8. und 9. Etage haben einen wunderschönen Meerblick. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles sauber.

Alojamiento sin reformar las habitaciones. En concreto, en la nuestra reformado estaba el balcón. Cocina y baño mejor no comentar. Habitación con dos camas individuales, mobiliario vetusto. Ropa de cama bien, la almohada criminal. Toallas de baño de color azul…hace que desconfíes de la limpieza. Zonas comunes viejas.

Hotel op zich is zeer net. Personeel heel vriendelijk. Maar hoewel het aan een ´zijstraat´ ligt, zeer veel zwaar verkeer. Tegenover het hotel is een commercieel centrum met discoclub zoveel lawaai dat je niet met vensters open kan slapen (geen a/c) in de week tot 3 uur weekend tot 6h. En dan herbegint het verkeer. Niet om te rusten...

Appartamento grande,riformato,atrezzatura cucina ok,al 5 piano con splendida vista mare, unica cosa manca asciuga capelli, posizione ottima vicino al centro commerciale, si può raggiungere a piedi sia la spiaggia che il vicino paese di Morro Jable,consigliato.

Veramente una struttura che merita più stelle, ottima la camera con super vista mare e terrazzo, una leggera attenzione in più alla pulizia e al materiale per il bagno, mancano saponi e docciaschiuma. Lo staff del ricevimento eccellenti, gentili educati e sempre con il sorriso ti fanno sentire a casa. le signore marga e patrizia sono super!!!! il personale della sala ristorante dallo chef ai ragazzi sono super gentili e sorridono sempre, buona colazione e cena, di tutto di più. la vicinanza alla spiaggia è ottima ottima struttura - complimenti -

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage und bietet viele kostenfreie öffentliche Parkplätze. Die Aussicht in den oberen Etagen ist wirklich bezaubernd. Die Zimmer selbst sind teils renoviert, teils nicht. Wir hatten ein in die Jahre gekommenes Zimmer und ziemlich abgewohnt. An sich ja kein Problem so lange alles noch funktionsfähig ist. Allerdings hatten wir das Gefühl, dass die Handtücher auch mindestens auch genau so alt sind wie das Mobiliar. Die könnte man ruhig erneuern. Die Küche ist mit Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfen/ Pfanne ausgestattet. Es gab auch ein Küchenhandtuch, aber leider weder Spülmittel noch ein Schwamm zum abspülen. Der Pool ist von der größe und der unterschiedlichen Tiefen auch total ausreichend. Allerdings sind einige Fliesen im Pool ausgeschlagen und wurden nur so provisorisch von einem Mitarbeiter mit Spachtelmasse geflickt.

Competitively priced accommodation for the location and amenities. We stayed in sea view apartment which was spacious and had a large terrace overlooking the ocean. The room got cleaned twice during our one week stay. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee machine, no kettle. Sufficient amount of utensils. I had booked half board as a spur of the moment decision and am exceptionally pleased with the quality and variety of food for the price I paid. Location is good, we walked to the beach, takes 5-10min, at night my partner was bothered by noise from kids in street coming out of nearby club, but I did not hear much. Did not visit the pool, which was in an internal courtyard facing the hill on the non-building side. The staff were exceptionally helpful. We were given a beach umbrella guests left behind at no charge. Guests were various nationalities, mostly German and Spanish. Spar in Moro Jable is largest and cheapest. Parking was a challenge but we managed to find spots within reasonable distance.

Nice facilities and helpful reception, room was clean, Negatives or things to change bed was uncomfortable and the tv was set to German, kitchen wasn’t really self catering suitable as no kettle, toaster or oven or microwave just fridge and hob.

Flott beliggenhet med hav - og strandutsikt. 100 m til supermarked, apotek, restauranter mm. 10 min gange langs strandpromenaden til gamle Morro Jable og dens supre spisesteder. Behagelig klima med en herlig bris på Kanariøyene flotteste Strand. Fly til Las Palmas og fly med Binters til Fuerteventura. Svært gunstige priser.

Basic, clean, well located and great sea view apt.
It's an apartment hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly. Its location is great, everything is close by at walking distance in Morro Jable. The apartment is big, but pretty basic, there was no shampoo, little soap, no tea kettle, no bottle opener amongst other cutlery, and one has to pay for an internet connection, which I personally hate, since I consider it a commodity nowadays. Don't expect luxury, so if you're not picky and only spend time in the apartment to sleep, take a shower, relax while sipping wine watching the sea, then I'd say it's a fair deal.

Personnes à l’accueil très agréables, le hall est assez joli. Ma déception vient du fait que je pensais me trouver dans un petit immeuble or là je me suis retrouvée au 8ème étage d'une tour en comportant 9 . Une des photo sur ce site montre la vue, la mienne ne correspondait pas à cela, en face de moi j'avais une tour d'une douzaine d'étages et très loin sur le côté j’apercevais l'océan ... mais rien à voir avec la photo idyllique du site. La propreté est également à revoir : le dessous des lits n'a pas du être aspiré, lavé depuis longtemps. Sinon les lits sont confortables et l'agencement correspond aux photos du site. Le parking est dans la rue et selon les moments il est plus ou moins facile de se garer.
La vue. Photo prise du balcon de ma chambre ... l'océan est bien bien lointain et caché par les habitations ...

Rooms desparately need upgrading. Very tired and outdated. Having said that it's not bad for the price we paid. Most of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Food not all that but there's plenty of places to eat out cheaply. Location fantastic!

Lo más económico que encontrarás en Morro Jable.Bien situado, silencioso, recomiendo los apartamentos que están en el bajo... los más fresquitos. Lo negativo es que está todo muy antiguo, pero es muy aceptable. Lo único que por el precio que tienen, aunque sea lo más "barato" ( 44 euros noche sólo alojamiento) deberían de renovar un poco los apartamentos, ya que están muy anticuados. La limpieza también deja que desear, no miréis debajo de las camas porque os asustais... en fin, apartamento para dormir, pasar algo de tiempo allí y nada más. Saludos

La relación calidad/precio es una estafa.
Mal aspecto de zonas comunes porque estaban en obras, con todo el material a la vista en todas las plantas. El ascensor se mueve demasiado y es poco para tantas habitaciones. Tuvimos que subir y bajar siempre por las escaleras. Los muebles de la habitación en pésimo estado y anticuados. Le hace falta una reforma urgente a las habitaciones. El sillón cama del salón era incómodo y hacía mucho ruido por poco que te movieras. Las camas si eran cómodas. El apartamento era poco agradable, lo mejor eran las vistas de la playa. Me parece un engaño el precio del apartamento dado su mal estado. No volveremos ni lo aconsejaremos. El trato de la recepcionista fue correcto. No había plaza de aparcamiento. El bar de la piscina estaba cerrado, pero con aspecto de abandonado.

El hotel demasiado viejo, las habitaciones muy quemadas, el Buffett poca variedad, lo mejor una de las recepcionistas, muy amable. Lo peor un cocinero mayor con muy pocas ganas de trabajar y muy mala cara y educación al público.
