"Great amenities (washing machine & dryer in the bathroom awesome) & to be so close to Fushimi Inari. It is quite a long way from other sights in Kyoto though but close to a local train station so fine if you’re happy to take transport to get around. Beds great & nice feather pillows. Very clean & tidy but be aware there is no front desk so it’s best to do the check-in prior to arriving. "Beautiful home and very convenient location"

"The house was great and in perfect condition. Great location as it is 3 min from the Inari shrine and close to the train station which is always helpful. Nothing to complain about except 1 thing: there was no pool table as shown on the photos and we were not told about it. The guy who gave us the keys told us it is being fixed, which is fine but we would have prefered to know beforehand as we were very excited about it. "

"This hotel has great rooms for cheap prices. Our room had a complication but the hotel staff upgraded our room no questions asked and were very apologetic for the issue. 4 stars. I'd give it 5 stars if there wasn't an issue with the original room, but how the staff reacted to the issue was exceptional!"
