Hotel Oriental Express Fukuoka Tenjin is a 3-minute walk from Tenjin Station, so the location is really convenient and good. The staff is also very friendly, and since there are many Korean guests, there are staff who can speak Korean. The room size is small, but clean, and there is enough space to fully open the suitcase. The bathroom is also very clean. If I come to Fukuoka again, I would like to stay at this hotel again.

The central air con system was a let down. It was really hot and uncomfortable. Even though u can open the window but there were construction near by so it was really noisy in the morning.

There was alot of road works so cab can't stop right in front. one of the night there was heavy construction on the road works at 2am in the morning and I can't sleep at all. lobby is very small so limited seats can't even wait.

天神駅にも、天神の街にも近く、バス停も近いため、とても便利な立地にありました。福岡観光の拠点として、とてもいいホテルです。お部屋もきれいですし、快適に過ごすことができました。
