Good location and accessible by subway and bus also walkable to the city area with lots of shopping and eateries. Hotel breakfast is simple and similar every morning with hard boiled eggs, bread, coffee and orange juice.

Booked this place at a very reasonable price and was happy with condition of the facility. A short walk from subway station, and facing a beautiful park. However the room is quite small even per Japan standard. There is no space for a chair or a desk and very little room for moving around. Overall I would stay here again for the same price.

建物が古いものの清潔感はありました。 鍵がピッキングに弱いと言われているディスクシリンダー錠でチェーンもなく、窓もハンドルで固定するだけで鍵もなく安全面で不安を感じました。 また隣の人のいびきが聞こえるくらい壁が薄いです。 サービス面では電気代節約なのか冷蔵庫のコンセントが抜かれており、すぐに使えなかったことが残念でした。 かなり安いので値段相当といえばそうかなと思いますが、さすがに女性の利用には安全面で怖いのでもう使うことはないと思います。

２度目の宿泊でした。 禁煙のとこが空いてなくて今回は喫煙のお部屋にしましたが、そこまで匂いが気になることもなく快適に過ごせました。 部屋にもよるのかもしれないですが、洗面台のところの電気が昼白色だとメイクがしやすくてよかったかもしれません。 または窓際に卓上の物で良いので鏡があるとよかったなと… 前回と同じくスタッフの方の対応はとてもよかったです。

快適でした

外観や内装は古さを感じさせますが、綺麗に掃除されており気持ち良かったです。 フロントの男性も設備等丁寧に説明してくださり、困ることはありませんでした。 また口コミでトイレにウォシュレットが無いとありましたが、ちゃんと完備されておりました。 とても快適に過ごす事が出来ましたが強いて言えば、夜に設備の音なのか、隣の部屋からなのか分かりませんがイビキに似た音が聞こえて来たのと、朝食をしっかり食べる私には量が少し物足りなかったです(笑) (朝食はとても美味しかったです) また機会があれば利用したいです。

古い建物だがサービスでフォロー？

良かった点: フロントのかた大変親切。朝食無料でついてきて美味しく竹皮包みも風流。朝食会場のお兄さんも元気で良い。ホテル代高騰の福岡で安価。交通便利。窓からの眺めも良し。 悪かった点: ユニットバスの排水が悪く溢れてくる（ユニットバス内は水浸しだが部屋までは溢れない）。ユニットバスの換気扇がうるさい。トイレの流しが押しづらい。入室後、ベッド下に前客のブラシが落ちてた。シャワーの温度調整や壁への固定がかなり厳しい。 古い建物なのでハードは仕方ないですが、ソフトでフォローしようとされている感じも伝わりました。2泊お世話になり、予算的には大変助かりました。
