ホテルの駐車場は満車で止めれなかったけど，近くにたくさんコインパーキングがあったので良かった。ただ，提携している駐車場はないみたいなので20時以降に駐車すると安くなります。お部屋も綺麗で隣の音も気になりませんでした。また泊まりたいです。

サービスも対応もよく、２度目の利用でしたが良かったです。利用者が中国などの観光客が多いので、少し圧倒されますが、マナーが悪いこともなく問題ありませんでした。清潔で、一階に冷水と温水もあります。アメニティを必要時一階にあります。また利用したいと思います。

天神からちょっと離れているので、穴場感はあります。実は少し歩くと隠れ家的な飲食店が点在してます。朝食は種類が豊富で良かったです。インバウンドの人はほぼアジア系の人で、朝食会場担当のお姉さんはひたすら日本人の私にも英語で話してました。

エアコンが埃まみれ。室内のカーペットには髪の毛がたくさん落ちていた。敷地内には駐車場があり、立地もよくて便利なのにもったいない。

2人で宿泊だけど、ルームキーのカードが1枚しかなくて、別行動の時に困りました。フロントに言えばもう一枚借りれたのかな?? 朝食は種類豊富で美味しいし、地元のメニューが取り入れられていてウキウキ！2泊してメニューは同じ内容。ベビーカーで朝食会場に行ったら「お席ご用意します」と親切にして頂きました。

我们是2点50分左右到的酒店，问前台有没有驻车场，前台那女的直接就说驻车场满啦，当时以为真的满了呢，我们就把车停到酒店外的投硬币驻车场了（一点不好找停的还远）当时心想酒店三点才开使办理入住，而且驻车场不能提前预约，怎么会满了呢，就觉的奇怪，等停完车回酒店办理入住的时后就换人了，可能是那女的下班了，换个男的，我说开车来的有驻车场吗，那男的说有，我们又出去把车取回来停在酒店了，太烦人啦，（为什么有停车场前台那女不让用，我也看见停车场空着，没停一台车）在也不想来了

連携の駐車場があるとなお良い敷地内の駐車場が台数が少ないので、近隣の駐車場を紹介していただきましたが、敷地内駐車場の料金を超えた部分の補助とかがあるともっと良かったかもしれませんうちはたまたま紹介してもらったところで逆に安くとめれましたが朝食ビュッフェの種類で、飲み物が100％果物ジュースがあると嬉しいですコインランドリーも増やしてもらえたら、、、お部屋は広く快適に過ごせましたまた博多で泊まる時は利用させてもらいたいです

お部屋も思っていたより広く、清潔でスタッフの対応も良かったです。子供用のアメニティーも用意していただいて、子供も喜んでいました。強いて言うなら、朝食バイキングのデザートが子供向けなのがあったら良かったかな？と、思いました。あと、忘れ物を確認していたら、ベットの下に、以前の宿泊客が利用したであろう室内履きが落ちていたところが唯一のマイナス点かなと、思います。けど、総合的に大満足でした。
