"Beautiful hotel, lounges were nice and always restocked with food. Great hotel and staff were helpful."

"Very convenient to Toba train station, with a beautiful view of the water from our 3rd floor Japanese tatami room. Expedia offer included a very extensive (fresh sashimi, sushi, many options for Japanese style and other entrees, plus a variety of desserts) dinner buffet and a great breakfast buffet. "The hotel has excellent sea view & the staffs are helpful & friendly. It is located in a fishing port, so fantastic for fishing. Good value for money & we would want to stay again."

"Great view of the bay. Buffet choice is excellent. Staffs are very friendly"

"The location was so good next to the beach and close to Meoto-iwa and Futami koshitama Shrine. Walking distance. There was only one lift. Took long to go back to room and go out due to some group of guests were accommodated."

"Near the station. Good shuttle service."

"Amazing views, incredible staff, wonderful food, and excellent onsen. Worth it!"

"The ocean view was wonderful, very calm, peaceful."

"Friendly staff and the best breakfast"

"A cozy, traditional ryokan with a wonderful local hot breakfast."

"It is a lovely stay, a nice break from the city like Tokyo and such. Nice view out to the water, not far from Toba Station and Toba Aquarium. The staff is very helpful and patient with foreigners. The dinner they offer is amazing quality and fresh, a bit pricey but you are getting what you pay for."

"Nice hot spring hotel!"

"beautiful"

"Wonderful family run business with a wonderful location, amazing food, incredible service. My only complaint was the thin futon!"

"オールインクルーシブの期待が大きかったので、実際のサービスを体験してみたら少し残念に感じた。また、食事においては、海鮮類（牡蠣とか海老）が小振りで、贅沢感が感じられなかった。"

"Excellent service and spacious room. The Onsen is really great and the food is high quality. Once the shuttle bus from the hotel pick you up, you basically have to stay at the property for the hot spring and food. "
