"This is a 3 star hotel and it shows. The walls are paper thin! I literally heard my neighbors night terrors all night long, as well Tvs and hallway conversations. The hotel is located steps away from the highway and a 24hr gas station. Definitely bring some good earplugs. There was hair all over one of my pillowcases and the wooden floors were pretty dirty. But they had the basics. Bed was very comfortable, hot water, fitness center, restaurant. It is a 15 min to the nearest Metro station."

"The staff are pretty unhelpful and quite rude. It’s a really hands off experience. No way of contacting reception. No water in the room. Nothing to do around the property. Rooms are comfy and clean. The station is very near to get into the centre of town"

"The hotel is located in a good area if you prefer a quiet stay. It’s also large, so your rooms are of decent size. However, my room was extremely hot. The staff informed us our AC was broken and nothing could be done to fix it. There was no other room available at that time. To compensate, they offered a breakfast upgrade. As well, the house keeping service can be avoided if you prefer 5$ voucher cards. But this felt a bit scam-like as a coffee or beer is 4.50 euro and you loose the .50 cents. One last thought, if you have a nut or peanut allergy do not expect to eat the breakfast. Peanut butter had scattered to the fruits and cups. I tried to alert staff but it was difficult to get them to understand what an allergy is and how serious it can be."

"This is a good basic hotel. I’d say better than hostel, not the Hilton. No hair dryer coffee pot or iron in the room. Groceries, trains, restaurants within the plaza in front of the hotel with a good selection. If you want to go to Amsterdam Central it is only a few train stops away. Same with Schiphol airport. Trains are just steps away. Flex us is only one block away. "

"First time leave a negative feedback. I always book holiday inn on my vacations. but this one I stayed two nights, not meet my expect: 1. Outside road still on construction, if you following Google map navigation, you will never reach the hotel. I followed the sign outside, and go around couple times, finally find the parking entrance. 2. the Air condition was not working, under maintenance. 3. I paid about 400 euros per night. When I booked this holiday inn, did not notice breakfast not included. which all other holiday Inns I stayed did include. I assume this one also include. of course parking is additional pay."

"Fabulous trendy modern hotel. Nice gathering relaxing lobby area. Restaurant and lounge very nice. Huge outdoor patios with marina views. The rooftop lounge was a treat! Great ocean views and service was great. Rooms very comfortable and everything at your fingertips. Bathroom modern, lovely and renovated. Super comfy beds and hardwood floors Doesn’t have fridge but they offer Coolers with ice packs, to keep anything cold while you’re there. The #26Tram approx 500m walk, super convenient takes you directly to Central Station and city. Only negative is Pillows way too lofty/ big."
