What an exceptional staff, especially the concierge . . This property is in a great location. However, it has some quirks. Some issues with electricity and the rooftop bar is not always open. Check hours.

The property was beautiful, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was large, very clean and comfortable. The only downside to this hotel is the location, a little far from the main attractions and restaurants.

The Pillows Boutique resort in Amsterdam was a wonderful place to stay. The hotel was clean, the staff were extremely friendly, location was mostly quiet, in the park district of Amsterdam. The old building was nicely renovated with a view of the park behind. We did not eat at the restaurant, although we ordered room service one day and the food was reasonably priced and very good.

The property is immaculate and the staff is professional and attentive. Breakfast was a bit small for the price, but the "living room" was great with free espresso drinks and teas and it was very quiet and peaceful, right next to the park.

Superb luxury hotel

Beautiful new hotel in an old university building next to a lovely park and easy access the Amsterdam's canal zone. Really superb facilities with top quality fit and finish and luxurious amenities. Terrific staff and probably some of the best food we ate in Amsterdam right in the hotel's restaurants. Highly recommend this place.

The welcome was almost ridiculously lavish, with champagne in the living room. The room (junior suite) was fantastic and we wish we could have stayed for a few days (we were only there for a short night between flights). Very comfortable bed, great bathroom/shower, skylight with motorized shades, and so much more. Highly recommended. Next time we'll stay longer.

Stunning modern luxury

World class hotel, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Everything is simply perfect. The service is superb, breakfast all made fresh, gorgeous garden, and safe/calm neighbourhood. The rooms are fully sound insulated, with fine bedding and thoughtful night lights. The modern aspect of the hotel really comes across - everything works perfectly. It’s as if someone went through all the hotels, noted anything that annoyed them, and then fixed it in this hotel. A luxurious, gorgeous memory I wish to repeat!

Living the Life

Everyone was very hospitable and friendly. They went out of their way to make everything right. The bed was very comfortable. My only concern was that there were no drawers and the bathroom didn’t have my space for toiletries. We ate in the grill restaurant one so. Er and breakfast, very good. We ate at Vanoost and it was an upscale dining experience.

Sublime!

We absolutely loved Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Maurits. The architectural and interior design are sleek and sophisticated, the service is exceptional, the accommodations are comfortable, and the good was delicious. We stayed in a luxurious superior room for four nights, availed ourselves of the bicycles they have (even rode them into town and even to and from the Taylor Swift concert), and enjoyed the “living room” which faces the park and where they provide lattes and baked goods at no additional cost. What fun! Who could ask for more?!
