"Hotel Ursa was in a quiet and pretty neighborhood but still had the convenience of a big metro station nearby, good restaurants and interesting shops a short walk away (and in some cases across the street!) And, it was a beautiful luxurious hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff."

"Fantastic service and property. The staff at the front desk is super friendly and accommodating with any needs. The area is very safe and there are many dining options as well as supermarkets close. The Trafalgar square is super lively at night and a great place to hang out. The room itself was very clean with every amenity I can think of. Great views from the balcony too. Overall 10/10, one of the best places I've stayed in. Would definitely come back."
