Absolutely stellar views, excellent staff, easy to communicate with. Their website offers FAQ’s which are extremely helpful in figuring things out. I drove to Panajachel and they booked a boat for me late night for my arrival and were excellent at communicating where to go, what to do, etc.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Aviva. Rooms were really great with unique touches. The bed was probably the best I ever had. Great coffee service and lots of little lovely details.
