“Plenty of free off street parking. Great atmosphere in the pub. Everyone was super friendly and the staff were great. Food was amazing. So glad we stopped here. ”

She also recommended some great places to eat and visit, which we really appreciated. We would happily stay here again.”

“Spent one night at The George. The staff were very friendly, check in was very smooth. Very knowledgeable about car parking in the town. Our room was very comfortable, clean and tidy. We slept well. The bathroom was well appointed, the shower was good and there was plenty of hot water. Breakfast was very good. My partner had a full English which he was very pleased with. I had poached eggs which were perfectly cooked. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.”

“We really enjoyed our 5 day stay at the Hotel, our standard room was of a very generous size, much bigger than a lot of hotels which was very pleasing. The Hotel throughout was spotlessly clean, and the food was excellent, the staff were very helpful, and the cost was very reasonable, there was always plenty of parking spaces in the car park, and we will definitely visits again, the Hotel exceeded our expectations.”

“Lovely stay breakfast was delicious and staff very attentive. Room was modern but had a few cosmetic issues such as tape on laminate flooring and a shower screen that didn't stop the water from pouring out. It didn’t affect our stay but from a glance minor repairs could be made. Would still happily book again as location and breakfast alone was well worth it ”

“We really enjoyed our two-night stay at the Horseshoe Inn. Jamie was welcoming and the room was clean and spacious. The food was also incredible! You can tell it’s home cooked and fresh. All the previous reviews I read are true. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.”
