"We had a few issues with our room with the tub and issues with housekeeping not really fully cleaning the room or leaving things behind like toilet paper so we would have to call downstairs. Another issue was twice during our stay. Instead of taking responsibility for the condition of the room, management refused to issue a full refund. "After denying room service they kept coming into my room claiming I had a cat after trying to let them search my room multiple times and they refused to step in, after they refused to step in my room to search it the next morning a guy who claimed we were checked out already (we had 2 more nights) opened our door while we were in bed, no knock, no warning absolutely nothing to say he was coming in."
