"This hotel was fantastic. Very modern and well kept. The hotel didn't have AC our first night, so they upgraded our room, and offered a room nearby (at no charge) while they fixed the issue to make up for it. The property is very clean, they have a great breakfast, lovely rooftop, and a spa (though I didn't use it)."

"While the staff was very nice and accommodating the hotel property had some issues. There are too many steps in the hotel which doesn't make it easy to get around. Namely 2 steps to get in the front door(known in advance), 1 rather high step to get from our "Superior" room to the bathroom, 1 step after getting off elevator to get to our room(many more steps for others rooms), and many steps on rooftop area to get to breakfast or bar. We had to request hair conditioner, which wasn't in our room, but gladly provided on request. One of the 2 small elevators was out of order and the working one was very slow. Lastly, in our "Superior" room it was a very tight space to get around the bed from where you enter to the rest of the room and bathroom. However, as noted on other reviews the location of hotel is very convenient to Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon plus many restaurants and stores. Therefore the narrow street gets very crowded with pedestrians. The breakfast had quite a few choices and was OK."

"Hotel Abruzzi was a great place to stay for our short trip to Rome. We booked a triple room in the annex which was good size. Bed was comfortable and the AC worked very well. The free smart phone they provide is very convenient, and includes a hotspot which you can connect your phone to for WiFi calling. The staff was very friendly and did a nice job keeping the property up. Location was excellent and a short walk to everything we wanted to see. I didn’t care for the breakfast that’s included, but might just be personal preference. There were quite a few excellent restaurants a short walk from the hotel though"
