"The day before ous stay we were informed that they had no room for us the first day. The alternative they offered was not an option in any way. The staff at the hotel was most friendly, but how this was managed is not nice on a planned vacation. Moscitos in and outside the room in the bottom of the building, a bit damp and not easy to sleep when the aircondition didnt work one night, but the outside garden was wonderful. "I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest
No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better.
I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."

"A bit out of the way and surrounding area isnt the nicest but one of the nicest beaches in Italy so far. Hotel is nice, well maintained, great staff. Excellent breakfast, easy parking and the sunsets from the beach bar are outstanding!"
