The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."

"The day before ous stay we were informed that they had no room for us the first day. The alternative they offered was not an option in any way.
