"Bad experience. We booked after our evening flight was canceled and got there in a taxi in 20 minutes but there was no apparent way to check in that late. It was closed. We telephoned but no response, so we found another hotel and went to bed. Woke up the next morning to a WhatsApp message sent overnight, with check-in instructions. Too late, sadly. This is clearly a small business operating with a skeleton staff, and allowances can be made for that but the real problem was the customer service...

"The apartment is decorated in a basic way, but definitely comfortable. A bit more kitchen equipment would have been useful, but since we only stayed a week we didn't really need to cook more than once. There is no AC, but the apartment stayed cool during the day and the fans help to ventilate so we slept excellently. The location of Costa Ruja is perfect if you want to explore the Costa Smeralda. "We had a one bedroom apartment at this property. The apartment was spacious and clean. The location of the property was very convenient, within walking distance from downtown. The pool was an added bonus. Also, having air conditioning made our stay comfortable. A few things I’d suggest for improvement… we arrived late at night and there were no towels. Apparently these have to be rented and we had to pay additional fees. Also, the kitchen had nothing we could use…salt, pepper, sugar, oil… we...
