"The stay was fantastic, mostly because of the staff. It felt like much more than just a hotel—it was like having a friend in a city I was visiting for the first time. The staff was always available and genuinely eager to help. They checked in to make sure I had slept well and asked if there was anything else I needed. When I asked about a currency exchange within walking distance, they simply exchanged my money at the front desk at a very fair rate. When I wanted to explore the city and learn more about the local culture, they took the time to discuss different options and helped me choose the ones that best matched my interests. Their hospitality and personal attention made my stay truly memorable. I would happily stay here again."

"Amazing experience..Location is great..Thamel’s colorful happening streets are just a few meters away.. Upon landing in Kathmandu city, hotel’s own transfer was there and these 2 days sayings were amazing.. Hotel’s Manager Mr. Ganga was all through a cordial helping hand from the day 1 , we checked in the hotel.. Surely will stay again in this hotel..if our Kathmandu trip repeats again.."

"Our stay was wonderful. Mr Tulsi, the Manager and the rest of the staff are kind, respectful, accommodating and hospitable with their guests. The hotel is clean. tidy, orderly and fresh. Breakfast is included. Food at the restaurant is delicious. If we ever go back to Kahmandu, we will stay at this hotel again. By the way, the hotel location is a stroll away from the market which is so much fun to browse and buy souvenirs. Thank you Mr. Tulsi and to your staff. Namaste"

"While there are a few areas of the room that could be improved, what truly made this stay exceptional was the outstanding service from the hotel team. Whenever we encountered an issue, the staff responded promptly, professionally and with genuine care. They went above and beyond to resolve every concern, making us feel valued and well looked after throughout our stay. No hotel is perfect but what sets a great hotel apart is how it handles guests’ feedback and problems. In this regard, the team excelled. Their commitment to customer satisfaction gave me confidence that any areas needing improvement would be addressed and continuously enhanced. Overall, the excellent service more than made up for the minor shortcomings. This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had at a hotel and I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others."
