It was our first time in Nepal and we couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. The local is close to Durbar Square with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff went out of their way making sure we had water, that our room was cleaned, and even arranged special breakfast items for picky eaters. I would highly recommend Hotel Jay Suites for your visit.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the tourist area, close to the market, restaurants, shops. Everything is within walking distance. The manager, reception staff, and housekeeping team were wonderful. They were responsible, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. If you want to book tours or day trips, there is no need to search for a travel agency—the hotel can arrange everything for you. Thank you so much for the excellent hospitality. I am very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel! If I could give it six stars, I would!

Room was clean no issues if your concern is bug related or previous stays with stains, the bathroom works perfectly well providing hot water and appropriate water pressure. Staff was amazing helped me print a visa for my next destination and are willing to give out local tips and food recommendations. Easy for transfers to find from airport and about 30-40 minutes away given traffic.
