“The initial arrival when we parked in the public parking raised some concerns, however the lovely hotel security lady quickly intervened and directed us to the proper hotel parking, from that point it was fantastic! The room was spotless, big and well appointed. But THE VIEWS!… WOW!!! The hotel certainly lives up to the name! The staff were all brilliant from the moment we arrived to the point we had to sadly check out. We will be back again!!”

“What a fantastic stay in Plettenberg Bay area. You should have seen my wife's smile when she saw the Garden View Deluxe Suite. The room was stunning! It was quiet. Very clean. Turn down service was very nice. Breakfast was very good with lots of selections on the buffet or off the menu that was included. The staff members are truly amazing. Very helpful. We especially enjoyed talking with our waiter at dinner who interested in our travels that day. I know we convinced him to go visit Monkeyland!...

“Loved our stay here. Beautiful view of the ocean with the jagged mountains to the left and Mossel Bay to the right. Thoughtful owners gave a quick and efficient tour of the facilities, and made themselves available to provide breakfast in the morning. Modern facilities, especially bathroom very nice. The location is a 15-min drive away from Mossel bay, but the roads are good and it's convenient to get into the town for dinner. Would be happy to come back here.”

“Probably the strangest hotel I've ever stayed at. If White Lotus and The Shining were merged into a singular hotel, that's this place. First, you're stopped at a security checkpoint driving up. It takes five minutes to confirm you're on their "list." You will have to redo this every single time you leave or return. The water in the rooms was brownish. A note in the room said this was a temporary issue, but reading other reviews indicates this has been a 2 YEAR PROBLEM. Even if the water was...
